This Netflix chaat wala or Mr Dalchand got his inspiration from his grandfather and then Netflix chaat wala’s father took over the tradition of selling chaat.
He told that when his father used to prepare all the stuff before selling the chaat then whole family used to help him that’s where the Netflix chaat wala got the eyes on his father’s recipe. After the death of his father Dalchand’s older brother took over but destiny was something else and his brother died young. After that Netflix chaat wala became lost and didn’t know how to do the business so he has to give up on his family tradition and struggle in life for the survival of him and his family. So after seeing that his family became apart he got determined that he wants to bring his family together and start his family’s tradition which kept joined them with chaat Business. Netflix chaat wala told that his father always gave him advice that never compromise on the quality and taste of the spices for money. Mr Dalchand always wanted to do something for Indian Army so after his success he decided to give free meal at his Mangla Chaat Wale stall to anyone who serves in the Indian army. He has presented his chaat in countries like Singapore, Philippines and many countries has also recognised his work and featured his story on Netflix.
