Homemade Tea and Breathing Exercises for lung detox during Delhi’s pollution.

As Delhi every year hits this crazy time in winter where air quality of Delhi becomes severe and dangerous to breathe. People take a lot of precautions like staying inside, wearing masks or decorating homes with plants. This all is considered as a great option but they are still not as great that it can save us 100% from Delhi pollution’s deadly effects. To save our lungs from the ill effect of pollution and avoid the diseases like lung cancer, asthma and many more we have come across with the 100% effective breathing exercise and the recipe of homemade lung detox tea by the most famed holistic healer of India Luke Coutinho:

Recipe of the lung cleaning or lung detox tea:

Ingredients

1-inch piece of ginger or 1 tsp of dried ginger powder

1 Ceylon cinnamon stick or ¼ of Ceylon cinnamon powder

A few fresh tulsi ( Basil) leaves or dried tulsi leaves

1 tsp of dried oregano or fresh leaves

3 peppercorns

¼ tsp of fennel seeds (fennel seeds)

2 crushed cardamom (elaichi)

Take a standing position. Keep your arms at your sides and your feet slightly apart. Relax

Take a few deep breaths and exhale through the nose.

Now in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth until you cannot exhale anymore. But do not stop here, because there is remaining air in your lung and its non as residual air and is replaced as we breathe.

Now to exhale this residual air exhale with ho’ ho’ ho, do it until you feel no air is left inside. Repeat this whole procedure a few times.

Bonus tip: # steam inhalation can help you to clean the lungs.
